Where do you ship?
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Shipping Methods
Most orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground, based on the most cost-effective and timely option for your location.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. We do our best to keep shipping affordable while ensuring safe, trackable delivery.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days from the time of purchase. Unless noted otherwise in the product listing
Custom and bulk orders may require additional time, and we’ll provide updates along the way

Local Pickup – Virginia Beach, VA

Live nearby? We offer free local pickup at our Virginia Beach studio.
Select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we’ll email you with pickup instructions when your order is ready.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

However, we want you to be happy! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Damaged or Lost Packages 

We carefully package each item, but if your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery

Include photos of the damage and packaging

We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.

If a package is lost or delayed in transit, we’ll help you track it through the carrier and explore next steps. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for shipping delays once the package has left our hands.
